Spirals are a fundamental pattern in nature, evident in how everything grows and interacts, including our physical and energetic bodies. In this workshop, join Gina in exploring some principles of Qigong to connect with the natural flow of life and tap into the abundance of energy within and all around us.
Qi refers to the life force energy that is inherent and animates everything in the universe. Qigong focuses on connecting with nature and directing energy flow through conscious movement and intention. Moving fluidly in spirals is the most natural and healthy way to move and make the body happy, allowing the mind to sink into a state of dynamic relaxation.
